Yancheng is a prefecture-level city in northeastern Jiangsu province, People's Republic of China. As the city with the largest jurisdictional area in Jiangsu, Yancheng borders Lianyungang to the north, Huai'an to the west, Yangzhou and Taizhou to the southwest, Nantong to the south, and the Yellow Sea to the east.

Yancheng, literally "Salt City", is named after the salt harvest fields surrounding the city. According to historical records, collection and production of sea salt in the region began as early as 119 BC, during the Western Han Dynasty, when the settlement on the current location of Yancheng was named Yandu County. According to the 2010 Census, Yancheng has a registered population of 8,203,728 — with 7,260,240 permanent residents. Its built up area of Tinghu and Yandu Districts was home to 1,615,717 inhabitants in 2010.

About the Centre

  

The NASDAKEN International English Centre was established in 2005. The centre provides professional high-level language training for companies and individuals. Based on the experience of learning and language teaching, our school has designed different courses in different levels which is suitable for Chinese learners,  We have hired a number of professional foreign instructors from the United States, Britain, Canada, Australia, etc., so that our teaching content is not limited to a certain country, region or culture, but reflects the richness and diversity of learning English.

The NASDAKEN International English Centre has branch campuses in Harbin, Yancheng, and Xuzhou. Since its establishment, the school has successfully trained tens of thousands of trainees, and provided quality group training services for well-known domestic companies. The Yancheng Branch was established in January 2009 with the approval of the education department of Yancheng. Our center now has a full-time foreign teacher team and more than a dozen Chinese professional tutors with professional English grading and professional English teaching qualifications. Currently, there are more than 1,500 students in our center. Over the past eight years, we have successfully trained more than 7,000 students.

English teachers needed: 10

Monthly Salary: 10,000 - 15,000+ RMB with annual raise (Base on experience and qualification)

                             50 RMB for each customizd class (IELTS, TOEFL or business English)

Working Hour: 22 - 35 hours per week

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Teaching certificate (TEFL/ TESOL is preferable but not necessary)

3. Native English speaker

4. Teaching or training experience (Entry level is acceptable). 

5. A genuine in teaching and professional development;

6. Open-minded, dynamic, cultural sensitivity and professional flexibility;

Contract Period:  1st Mar, 2023 - 15th Jan, 2024
                          1st Sep, 2023 - 15th Jul, 2024   

Accommodation: A furnished private apartment will be provided;

Internet access:  internet access (broadband) at the apartment

Age of students: Grade 1 to Grade 3 students
