Brief introduction of Tangshan University

Tangshan University is located in the cradle of modern industry in China, known as the "Jingdong treasure" reputation of Tangshan City, Hebei Province, The universiy provides different kind of the subjects to the undergraduate students, including industrial, economics, management, text, law, arts and other disciplines. In 1956, the school formerly known as Tangshan City Industrial Night University (formerly Tangshan Railway Institute, now Southwest Jiaotong University). In 1985, the Southwest Jiaotong University intellectually supported Tangshan to set up Tangshan campus. In 1996, the school and the Southwest Jiaotong University began joint venture undergraduate, has trained eight graduates, Southwest Jiaotong University expert group is still playing a role. In 2002, approved by the Ministry of Education, Tangshan College, Southwest Jiaotong University Tangshan, Tangshan City, the three major schools of students merged to form the undergraduate level of ordinary colleges and universities - Tangshan University. In 2014 of December, approved by the Hebei Provincial People's Government, Hebei University of Science and Technology Tangshan Branch substantive incorporation into Tangshan University. In 2015, approved by the Tangshan Municipal People's Government, Tangshan City, foreign economic and trade schools substantive incorporation into Tangshan University.

Contract Period:  1st Mar, 2023 - 15th Jan, 2024
                              1st Sep, 2023 - 15th Jul, 2024

Requirements: BA Degree or above 

Monthly Salary: 10,000 RMB or above

Teaching hours: 16 classes per week 

Age of students: 20-45 years old

Accommodation: provide good accommodation, telephone, air-condition 

Medical Insurance: The same treatment as the colleagues in our school 

Travel allowance: 2,500 RMB per school year.

Paid Holiday

Two days off per week; Winter holiday in Jan & Feb; All public holodays in China

*The common practice in China for golden week holiday in October is such that the employee will have 7 consecutive days off. (3 days paid holiday, 2 weekend days, 2 extra days to be compensated for by employee working on weekends either before or after the golden week). 

Work permit : The school will provide work permit for China at no cost to the teacher. 

Air-ticket Reimbursement:On completion of a school year contract, a one way air-ticket reimbursement will be made.The teacher also can choose to get the cash as the air-ticket reimbursement up to 80% of the air-ticket.
