Zhuhai is a prefecture-level city located on the west bank of Pearl River estuary on the central coast of southern Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China.  Located on the southeastern edge of Pearl River Delta, Zhuhai borders Jiangmen to the west, Zhongshan to the north and Macau to the south, and shares maritime boundaries with Shenzhen and Hong Kong to the northeast across the estuary.

Zhuhai was one of the original four Special Economic Zones established in 1980, as well as one of China's premier tourist destinations, being called the Chinese Rivera. While the city is located in the traditionally Cantonese-speaking region of Guangdong, a significant portion of the population is now made up of Mandarin-speaking economic migrants originally from inland provinces.

The core of Zhuhai, in the northeastern portion of the administrative division, is part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area, the biggest built-up area in the world with more than 44,478,513 inhabitants at the 2010 census, encompassing Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Zhongshan, Macao, Hong Kong, the main part of Guangzhou, and small parts of Jiangmen and Huizhou cities.

According to a report released in 2014 by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Zhuhai is the most livable city in China.

Jinan University, established in 1906, is a comprehensive university under the joint leadership of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council and the Education Ministry of the P. R. China. The university is one of the top 100 national key universities in China. Adhering to the principle of 'Oriented to students from overseas, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan', Jinan University, known as a paramount academy for Overseas Chinese, now has over 35,321 full time students, including 12,561 students from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and foreign countries.
Zhuhai College of Jinan University is nestled in the heart of the picturesque city of Zhuhai. The park like 148-acre campus is just 10 minutes' drive from Gongbei Customs, the entrance to Macao. Requirements: BA and TESOL /TEFL. Some teaching experience preferred

Monthly Salary: 12,000 RMB or above

Teaching hours: 16-18 hours per week

Accommodation: A free private apartment will be provided. The apartment includes two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom (With air-condition, TV, Bed, Sofa. etc.). free ADSL Access . Fridge, and cooking utilities.
